Cancellation

Standard chargers apply for Domestic and International Flights, per person per sector, over and above the airline's
own cancellation charge.

Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific category policy.

We suggest that next time you consider refundable tickets.

Your right to cancel your service or holiday or modify your booking is determined by the applicable terms and conditions of the supplier.

The time of receipt by us of the declaration of cancellation shall be decisive of the cancellation fees to be applied by the supplier.

We may update our terms and conditions at any time and without prior intimation. Any changes in our policies will be effective immediately upon updating the revised policy on our website

Refund Policy

In case of a no-show or unutilized bookings, You shall be required to make requests for any valid and applicable refunds, within 60 days from the travel date in case of air/ car/ bus bookings and/or the date of check-in for hotel bookings.

No refund would be payable to any requests made after the expiry of 60 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.

The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request. Payments will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of request. No cash refund shall be issued. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.

Swift Travellers shall be in a position to process customer refunds against any bookings only if the same have been refunded by the respective supplier/s. In the event a supplier/s discontinues its operations, Swift Travellers will not be accountable for any customer refunds wherein the same have not been refunded by the Supplier/s.
